China's caprolactam production capacity will reach 1.8 million tons during the "12th Five Year Plan"

in the next few years, China will have many new or expanded caprolactam units completed and put into operation

mainly include: Zhejiang Juhua plans to expand its existing production capacity to 50000 T/A, Baling Petrochemical will build a new 100000 t/A, Baling Petrochemical and Zhejiang Hengyi Petrochemical will jointly build a new 200000 t/a microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Shandong Heze Dongju plans to build a new 100000 t/A, and Shandong Haili chemical will build a new 200000 t/A, Shandong Hongye Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 160000 tons/year tensile testing machine. As far as I know, the speed of tensile testing machine is 10~500 mm/min, Nanjing DSM Dongfang Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 200000 tons/year, Sichuan Qionglai Sichuan Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 200000 tons/year supporting Sichuan ethylene project, Jiangsu Junma Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 200000 tons/year in combination with the international trend, Fujian Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 200000 tons/year, Shandong Chinachem new materials Co., Ltd. plans to build a new 100000 tons/year, and Yangquan Coal Co., Ltd. plans to build a new, Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refinery plans to expand its capacity to 200000 tons/year

if the above planned capacity expansion projects (mainly those already determined) can be implemented as planned, it is estimated that the total capacity of caprolactam in China will exceed 1.8 million tons in 2015, equivalent to three times the current capacity
