after the size is determined, the compression resistance, stacking calculation and material allocation can be carried out. Calculate the compressive and stacking strength according to the calculation formula:

when the designer hands over the design drawings to the proofer, it is necessary to carefully check the designed products. If conditions permit, designers should directly participate in proofing, so as to improve the designed products in time, especially in the aspect of detail improvement

because the strength of cartons is reduced due to the influence of production technology and other aspects in the actual production process, the performance detection of cartons is directly related to the material allocation and type of cartons. When dealing with this problem, on the one hand, we should refer to the previous data in the company's database, and on the other hand, we need to constantly collect the strength gap between the proofed products and the products produced by die cutting. Then determine whether the strength of the carton can meet the requirements through comprehensive consideration. In terms of process review, designers need to be able to understand the maximum production capacity of the company's internal equipment, so they should pay more attention to communicating with on-site staff at ordinary times. Designers should understand this knowledge as much as possible, otherwise a design that takes a lot of time may need to be redesigned because the equipment cannot be produced due to the improvement of the positive income. If the designer does not know much about the process knowledge, he can directly submit it to the technologist for review after the design is completed, because the performance of all aspects of carton testing needs to be considered in the process review, so let the technologist repeat this work more. If the process verification design meets the relevant requirements, it can be confirmed to the customer, and only after the customer approves it can it be molded and produced. If the requirements are not met, the process must be repeated and redesigned or modified

when mold making is completed, small samples are made, or mass production is carried out, and customers use it, both technologists and designers must track the products, and collect relevant production information and feedback from all aspects in a timely manner, and input various data into the company's database. It is a machine mainly used to test the fatigue performance of metals and their alloys under tensile, compressive or alternating tensile and compressive loads at room temperature. Because designers of carton enterprises must know more about carton packaging information than carton users, when users' requirements are not very reasonable, practical and economic, designers should strive to communicate with customers, recommend packaging methods that are practical for their products, and let customers change their inherent views on carton packaging, This may bring a larger market space to the development of carton design
