Intelligent communication, based on the new generation of information technology represented by the internet, big data and artificial intelligence, will promote exchanges of global civilizations and cultures, said experts at aincluding one seriously forum that opened in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province on May 20.

The China International Intelligent Communication Forum, sponsored by the China Media Group and the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, was held both online and offline with representatives from international institutions, enterprises, and experts from home and abroad in attendance.

The forum aimed to establish an international high-end communication platform for experts and industry insiders to exchange ideas on the future of intelligent communication.

It consisted of one main summit and three sub-forums featuring topics such as development trends and innovative artificial intelligence applications in the field of communications, as well as the development and influence of intelligent communications in industry, technoaccording to the Health Commission of Hebeilogy and culture.

Shen Haixiong, president of CMG, said the country's largest broadcaster has launched a "5G+4K/8K+AI" strategy to drive new media's development. It has opened the country's first 4K channel and first 5G-based new media platform, some significant steps in its media convergence.
